Bangkok – Suan Bua Restaurant at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok has introduced a new summer promotion under the concept “Balance Begins on the Plate”, presenting contemporary Thai cuisine inspired by blood type wellness principles. The promotion focuses on achieving bodily balance through carefully selected, high-quality ingredients sourced from local producers across Thailand, reinterpreted into refined Thai set menus rich in nutritional value.

Priced at THB 650++ per set for one to two persons, the promotion is available from 6 March to 30 April 2026. The offering is divided into four distinct concepts aligned with different blood groups. Blood Group A, under the theme “Gentle Balance”, highlights delicate flavours with herbal and locally grown vegetables. Blood Group B, themed “Natural Vitality”, features refreshing tastes and flexible combinations of seafood and regional produce. Blood Group O, presented as “Pure Strength”, emphasises quality proteins and robust Thai flavours. Meanwhile, Blood Group AB, under “Harmony Fusion”, brings together diverse elements in a holistic and balanced approach to healthy dining.

Each set includes an appetiser, a main course, a stir-fried or curry dish, and nutritious brown rice or locally sourced heritage rice. Featured ingredients include Ayutthaya river prawns, Mae Klong mackerel, Songkhla seabass, Sikhiu beef shank, Buriram volcanic jasmine rice, and Sangyod brown rice from Phatthalung. The initiative reflects Suan Bua’s commitment to supporting Thai producers and local communities while promoting mindful, health-conscious dining. Through this campaign, Suan Bua aims to respond to the growing demand among modern consumers for wellness-oriented cuisine, seamlessly integrating nutritional science with the enduring wisdom of Thai culinary heritage.
