With profound gratitude for the immeasurable royal benevolence of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, Siam Paragon is honored to present the exhibition “In Reverent Remembrance of the Royal Grace of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother” The exhibition features works by two National Artists, Professor Emeritus Preecha Thaothong and Professor Emeritus Thavorn Ko-udomvit, alongside 20 leading Thai artists. Together, they showcase exquisite contemporary artworks inspired by Her Majesty’s enduring legacy. The exhibition will be open from February 19 to March 25, 2026, at Art Jewel, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon.

This exhibition is particularly significant as it brings together selected works from two major exhibitions by the National Artists “An Art Exhibition in Tribute to the Enduring Royal Grace of the Nation” and “Prostration” Through these collections, leading Thai master artists collectively express the spirit of reverent remembrance in tangible form, inviting viewers to engage with the exquisite and deeply moving dimensions of 'beauty' and 'meaning'.

The exhibition “An Art Exhibition in Tribute to the Enduring Royal Grace of the Nation” by Professor Emeritus Preecha Thaothong, National Artist in Visual Arts (Painting, 2009), features works inspired by the royal statement: “The King is the water, I am the forest.” This concept reflects the harmonious and mutually supportive partnership in the royal duties of His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Professor Preecha conveys this concept through the theme of ‘human development,’ portraying people as trees in a forest that require the right amount of water to grow strong and flourish. This idea aligns with Royal initiatives, the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, and the principle of nurturing human potential from within. Accordingly, the exhibition is not simply a display of royal portraiture, but a space for interpreting royal aspirations through art, reflecting the sustainable development of people, culture, and the nation.

Another highlight of the exhibition is a collection of nine unveiled works, created through a collaborative effort by 20 leading Thai artists, led by Professor Emeritus Pishnu Supanimit - National Artist in Visual Arts (Printmaking), 2022. Joining this special presentation are Professor Emeritus Yanawit Kunchaethong - Artist of Distinction in Printmaking, 2017, Professor Tinnakorn Kasornsuwan, Assistant Professor Apichart Pholprasert, Sanan Rattana, Sompop Budtarad, Rearngsak Boonyavanishkul, Somsak Raksuwan, Somkiat Siengwangweng, Chaowarit Taykoaw, Noppakaew Prayoonmayta, Police Colonel Chaiwat Burana, Associate Professor Niroj Jarungjitvittawat, Jakkee Kongkaew, Ittiphon Phattarachon, Suriya Namwong, Thabadin Boonnuang, Dr.Chumpon Promjan, and Thitapa Rattana. Together, they have created these artworks as a profound tribute to Her Majesty’s immense royal benevolence and in reverent remembrance of her grace.

The exhibition “Prostration” by Professor Emeritus Thavorn Ko-udomvit, National Artist in Visual Arts (Printmaking, 2021), presents mixed-media paintings featuring portraits of His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. These works express deep gratitude for their royal benevolence while commemorating their steadfast royal aspirations and invaluable contributions to the nation and its people.
This series conveys respect from the heart through the interplay of color, line, and material technique, creating an atmosphere of serenity, beauty, and elegance. It invites viewers to momentarily set aside the bustle of daily life and reflect on the meaning of ‘paying homage’ and ‘showing reverence,’ in remembrance of the royal benevolence that remains deeply enshrined in the collective memory of Thai society.

The exhibition “In Reverent Remembrance of the Royal Grace of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit
The Queen Mother” transcends the mere presentation of visual beauty. It seeks to offer visitors a space to engage with the ‘core ideals’ that underpin the development of people, the creation of opportunities, and the nurturing of the land—all reflected through the values of art and culture. Through this exhibition, it is hoped that the inspiration of Her Majesty’s compassion and far-reaching vision will serve as an enduring inspiration, fostering a positive force in the hearts of all who visit.
The exhibition presents 48 masterpieces by National Artists and leading Thai artists, including two special pieces exclusively created by the National Artists for this occasion. Siam Paragon, in collaboration with the two National Artists, intends to donate all proceeds from the sale of these works to the Foundation for the Promotion of Supplementary Occupations and Related Techniques of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, known as the SUPPORT Foundation. Admission to the exhibition is free. It will be open to the public from February 19 to March 25, 2026, at Art Jewel, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon.

Art Jewel is a newly developed 500-square-meter gallery space by Siam Paragon under the concept of creating a platform that supports Thai artists while fostering a sustainable “space of opportunity” for the Thai art scene. This initiative reflects the vision of Siam Piwat to create shared value for Thailand’s creative economy by integrating art, culture, and world-class experiences into the shopping center environment.
Siam Paragon welcomes an average of more than 150,000 visitors per day, around 30% of whom are international tourists. In this context, Art Jewel functions not only as an art display venue but also as an important platform for presenting the brilliance of Thai artists to both local and global audiences.
