“From Inspiration to Giving…for Humanity”
The Thai Red Cross Society, through its Donation HUB, in collaboration with the Diplomatic Participant Committee, hosted an exclusive press conference to announce the 59th Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar. Under the inspiring theme "From Inspiration to Giving... for Humanity," the event took place on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at NEXTOPIA, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon. The conference was honored by the presence of Mr. Khan Prachuabmoh, Director of the Fundraising Bureau of the Thai Red Cross Society (TRCS), alongside Mdm. Tala Slim Dionisi, spouse of the Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Thailand and Chairperson of the 2026 Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar Committee. Joining them were Mdm. Trang Thi Thu Ho, spouse of the Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Thailand and Vice-Chairperson and Raffle Director, and Mrs. Janprapa Vichitcholchai, Deputy Director of the Fundraising Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society. Key event sponsors were also in attendance to support this prestigious humanitarian initiative.
The Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar has been a cornerstone of humanitarian fundraising since 1967, fostering enduring ties between the Thai Red Cross Society and the diplomatic corps, embassies, and consulates in Thailand. This esteemed collaboration seeks to raise funds for the Thai Red Cross Society’s noble missions, encompassing medical and public health services, disaster relief, and blood services, while consistently enhancing the quality of life for the underprivileged and disaster-affected across the nation. This year’s event is scheduled from February 26 to March 1, 2026, and is held under the supreme royal grace of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Executive Vice President of the Thai Red Cross Society, who will preside over the opening ceremony and visit the 59th Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. at Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon.

Reflecting on the success of the previous year, the bazaar raised a total of 10,302,286 Baht, which the Diplomatic Committee has carefully allocated to support both ongoing and new initiatives, such as the Burn Center, the Parkinson’s Disease and Related Disorders Center, the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer, and the development of the Integrated Cancer Center at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. Furthermore, contributions have supported corrective surgeries for cleft lip and palate, Thai Red Cross Eye Glasses for School Children in Rural Areas, and the Thai Red Cross Ophthalmological Center under the patronage of Her Royal Highness. The committee also remains actively engaged in monitoring the progress of various projects, including Thai literacy programs for youth in remote areas, the Relief and Community Health Bureau, the Thai Red Cross Society, the empowerment of persons with disabilities in the Southern Border Provinces, and the production of Braille manuals for the visually impaired.

The 59th Diplomatic Red Cross Bazaar will be held under the elegant theme "THE ART OF GIVING," taking place from February 26 to March 1, 2026, between 10:00 and 20:00 hrs. at Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon, and online at www.iredcross.org. This year’s event features a remarkable collaboration with over 50 embassies, join the excitement of our 'Starlight Luck' raffle and showcasing an exquisite array of international treasures that reflect the unique cultures of countries from around the globe. Visitors can discover a curated selection of Bulgarian rose skincare, Spanish bath and body products, pure Moroccan Argan oil, Mongolian cashmere and fine leather, and artisanal glassware from the Czech Republic, alongside traditional handicrafts and signature products from Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and renowned Royal Project stores.
