The menu has been meticulously crafted under the philosophy of “Food as Medicine”, with the concept of natural sweetness without added sugar. It has been designed to highlight the genuine flavours of Thai ingredients and the wisdom of contemporary Thai cuisine, ensuring each dish is both delicious and nourishing.

Chef Nim, Head Chef at Suan Bua, has carefully selected premium local produce and a variety of Thai herbs, combining them with refined cooking techniques to create a balance of taste, aroma, and nutritional value. The set menu features: “Muan Chor Thip Osot” with Laab Peka River Prawns, Turmeric Sour Soup with Seabass, Bitter Leaf Curry with Grilled Snakehead Fish, Chanthaburi Pork with Chamuang Leaves, Stir-fried Chaya Leaves with Organic Egg and Coconut Oil, Stir-fried Free-range Chicken with Wild Cardamom Shoots, Assorted GI Rice, Ma Mao Sherbet, and Pandan Jelly with Coconut Cream.
