This traditional Southern Chinese way of eating involves sharing small plates of bite-sized snacks, dumplings and other savory (and sometimes sweet) dishes; drawing comparisons to the way Spanish eat tapas, dim sum is best shared among friends, family or co-workers.

Served hot, the range of bite-sized goodies are prepared fresh in the kitchen, with Dynasty’s team of chefs using the classic steaming technique, as well as baking and deep-frying other dishes.

Traditionally eaten from mid-morning (brunch) through to lunchtime, some of the buffet highlights to look forward to include steamed Alaskan King crab noodle rolls, steamed crab meat with shimeji mushrooms, steamed hakao shrimp dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings with beijing sauce, steamed lava buns, deep-fried taro with shrimp, deep-fried green tea bun with gingko nut filling and more.

This dim sum deal is available during our daily lunch service, with Dynasty Restaurant located on the 24th floor of the hotel.
