Mr. Visit Malaisirirat, CEO of MQDC, said that the COVID-19 pandemic has hit the economy and households by fueling inflation and raising the cost of living, with a heavy impact on vulnerable groups such as people with illnesses or disabilities, as well as older adults and young children. The company is therefore holding “Sharing Happiness #3”, delivering assistance in collaboration with residents and partners for the 3rd year in a row.

“Sharing Happiness #3 will deliver dried food and essentials such as rice, dried food, drinking water, soymilk, diapers, detergent to bedridden patients, people with handicaps, older adults, and young children in Bangkok and close to MQDC projects, sharing support and assistance from residents. We hope this project can help relieve suffering and reduce living costs for people in need."

MQDC invites residents and the public to bring dried food and essentials for people in need to donation boxes in the lobbies of all 12 MQDC projects, including 101 True Digital Park and ICONSIAM.

MQDC is accepting donations from 21 June to 31 July 2022 at The Muse, Magnolias Southern California, Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, Magnolias Waterfront Residences, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, Whizdom@Punnawithi Station, Whizdom the Exclusive, Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra, Whizdom Avenue Ratchada-Ladprao, Whizdom Connect Sukhumvit, Whizdom Essence Sukhumvit, and Whizdom Inspire Sukhumvit.

MQDC initiated the “Sharing Happiness” initiative to address the impact of COVID-19 with partners including Principal Healthcare hospitals, T&B Media Global (Thailand), EEC Engineering Network, and Buddharaksa Foundation to relieve the suffering of Bangkok communities hit hard by the outbreak and help small restaurants, providing income for about 2,000 eateries and delivering 6,000 packs of essentials.
