The latest campaign brings a contemporary twist to this culinary heritage, combining traditional Italian cooking techniques with distinctive flavours from around the world to offer diners a fresh and varied gastronomic experience.
Pizza enthusiasts can enjoy freshly made homemade pizzas starting from THB 190++, with a choice of seven internationally inspired toppings to suit individual preferences. The selection includes mixed grilled vegetables, smoky barbecue chicken, hot honey pepperoni, Parma ham with rocket, four cheeses, truffle mushrooms and Thai-style beef Panang curry, which brings the rich, aromatic flavours of Thai cuisine to a traditional Italian favourite. Each pizza is prepared fresh to order, ensuring an appealing balance of flavour, aroma and texture.
For pasta lovers, the homemade pasta selection starts from THB 249++, featuring seven varieties of pasta, including spaghetti, tagliatelle, pappardelle, rigatoni, gnocchi, capellini and ravioli. Each offers its own distinctive shape and texture, allowing diners to pair their preferred pasta with a choice of seven sauces: carbonara, amatriciana, Bolognese, pesto, seafood, garlic and olive oil, and a spicy Thai-style Pad Kee Mao sauce. The latter introduces a vibrant local influence, creating an intriguing fusion of Italian culinary traditions and bold Thai flavours.

“Pizza & Pasta Around The World” is available from 19 October 2026 onwards at Don Giovanni, located on the Lobby Floor of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday for lunch from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and dinner from 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
