Bangkok – Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, in collaboration with CentaraThe1, hosted “The Place to Recharge” on Saturday, 29 August 2026. Designed for wellness enthusiasts and CentaraThe1 members, the exclusive event offered participants an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and restore both body and mind through a thoughtfully curated programme of wellness activities in the heart of Bangkok.

The experience began with “Gentle Morning Flow”, a morning Pilates session designed to gently awaken and energise the body, followed by a Sound Healing session that created a calming moment of relaxation and mindfulness. Participants then joined the “Herbal Inhaler Workshop by Tonpho”, where they created their own personalised Thai herbal inhalers.

The programme concluded with lunch at Suan Bua, Centara’s first Thai restaurant, where guests experienced the restaurant’s “Food as Medicine” philosophy. The concept brings together the benefits of Thai cuisine and traditional herbs with a balanced approach to wellbeing, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to delivering authentic flavours alongside mindful dining.

Participants also received a Canvas Tote Bag from the Centara x Artstory by Autistic Thai collaboration, together with welcome gifts and gift vouchers for selected beauty products from Central Marketing Group (CMG).
